1. Eligibility
To use Thai Temptation, you must:
• Be a natural person, at least 18 years old: Thai Temptation is a dating site for adults. The minimum age required to create an account is 18, in accordance with Thai and international laws on child protection. Anyone under this age is not permitted to use the platform.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract: You must be legally capable of understanding and accepting the terms of a contract. This excludes individuals under guardianship or curatorship and those unable to make informed decisions due to mental disorders or other limitations.
• Not be legally prohibited from using online services: Some individuals may be restricted from accessing the internet or certain online services due to criminal convictions or other legal restrictions. For example, a person convicted of cybercrime may be banned from using online platforms. If this applies to you, you are not allowed to use Thai Temptation.
• Not have been banned from Thai Temptation or a similar site: If your account has been removed from Thai Temptation or another dating site due to a violation of the terms of use (e.g., harassment, insults, or posting inappropriate content), you are not allowed to create a new account.
• Currently reside in Thailand: Thai Temptation is a dating site specifically designed for people present in Thailand, whether they are residents or tourists. You must be physically in Thailand to use our services and meet other users.
2. Your Account
• You are responsible for the information you provide: All information you provide when creating your profile and using the platform must be accurate and truthful. This includes your name, age, gender, sexual orientation, photos, and description. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
• Your profile must reflect your real identity and current situation: Your profile should accurately represent you. Do not use false information, photos of other people, or outdated photos that no longer match your current appearance. Be honest and transparent in your presentation.
• You cannot create multiple accounts: Each user is allowed only one active account on Thai Temptation. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may lead to the deletion of all your accounts.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account in case of a violation: If you fail to comply with the terms of use, including inappropriate behavior, posting prohibited content, or identity theft, Thai Temptation reserves the right to suspend or delete your account without prior notice.
3. Security
• Protect your login information: Choose a strong and unique password containing uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, and do not share it with anyone. Change your password regularly to enhance your account security and prevent unauthorized access.
• Report any suspicious behavior or inappropriate content: If you notice suspicious behavior from another user, such as requests for money, insults, or threats, or if you come across inappropriate content like pornographic photos or hateful messages, report it immediately to Thai Temptation via the support line.
• Be cautious when communicating with other users: Do not share sensitive personal information, such as your home address or banking details, with people you have just met online. Take the time to get to know people before sharing confidential information.
• Never share your banking information: Thai Temptation will never ask for your banking details outside of secure payment procedures for purchasing contacts. Never share this information with other users, even if they present an urgent situation or financial assistance request.
• Prefer meeting in public places and inform a trusted person about your appointments: When meeting someone for the first time, choose a public and busy place, such as a café or restaurant, and avoid isolated locations. Inform a friend or family member about your meeting and where you are going so they can check on your safety.
4. Content
• You are responsible for the content you post: You are entirely responsible for any content you publish on Thai Temptation, including photos, messages, and profile information. Ensure that this content complies with the terms of use and Thai laws.
• Do not post offensive, illegal, or privacy-violating content: Content that is sexual, violent, racist, xenophobic, homophobic, defamatory, discriminatory, or threatening is strictly prohibited. Do not post photos or private information about others without their explicit consent.
• We reserve the right to delete any inappropriate content: Thai Temptation reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content deemed inappropriate or non-compliant with the terms of use. This includes offensive content, spam, unsolicited advertisements, and false or misleading information.
• Do not use inappropriate or indecent photos: Nude or sexually explicit photos are prohibited. Use profile pictures that represent you in a positive and respectful manner, in accordance with Thai social and cultural norms.
5. Privacy

6. Purchase of Contacts
• We offer the purchase of contacts to connect with other users: Thai Temptation allows you to purchase “contacts” to access other users’ contact details. This means you can spend credits to unlock the ability to contact them directly through other communication platforms, such as messaging apps or social networks. The price of a contact may vary based on different factors.
• Contact purchases are final and non-refundable: All contact purchases are final. No refunds will be issued, even if you are dissatisfied with the interaction with the user whose contact you purchased. Carefully consider before buying a contact.
• We do not guarantee that purchasing a contact will lead to a meeting: Buying a contact only allows you to get in touch with another user. Thai Temptation cannot guarantee that it will result in a meeting or relationship. The success of your interactions depends on various factors, including compatibility with the other person and your communication efforts.
7. Account Termination
• You can delete your account at any time: You may delete your Thai Temptation account at any time from your profile settings. Account deletion is final, and all your data, including photos, messages, and profile information, will be erased.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account in case of a violation: Thai Temptation may suspend or delete your account without prior notice in the event of a violation of the terms of use, suspicious activity, or inappropriate behavior. This includes harassing other users, posting prohibited content, or using fake profiles.
8. Limitation of Liability
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of Thai Temptation: Thai Temptation cannot be held liable for indirect damages, such as loss of income, loss of data, or emotional distress, resulting from the use of the site or interactions with other users.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of user-provided information: Thai Temptation cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by users on their profiles. It is your responsibility to verify the authenticity of information and take precautions when interacting with other users.
